The subject of social responsibility and compliance is inclusive with the supplier manual of Perfect Timing, Inc., and is also incorporated in quality audits required for all active PTI sources of supply. Supplier audits are performed for every potential supplier, and audits for incumbent suppliers is performed on an annual basis.

The supply chain organization within Perfect Timing, Inc. ensures that all sources of supply execute business activities through a code of conduct and social compliance, and agree to abide by these requirements prior to conducting business transactions.
